While most companies report that working remotely was largely successful, some managers are not convinced that those who want to work remotely are as committed to the company as those who prefer coming into the office.

Within two weeks of opening, the Restaurant Revitalization Fund has received applications for more than twice the $28.6 billion authorized by Congress. By May 12, the SBA had received over 266,000 applications requesting more than $65 billion in funds.

After finally opening up on May 3, the SBA received 186,200 applications for grants for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund in just the first two days. For the first 21 days of the program, priority will be given to businesses owned by women, veterans, and socially disadvantaged. According to the SBA, about half of the first group of applications came from these groups.
